you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access
or use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that
you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (posting jobs, applying for roles), you must register for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity
under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Job Listings & Applications

Employers may post job listings in compliance with our posting guidelines. Candidates may apply
by submitting profiles or resumes. We do not guarantee job placement; we merely facilitate introductions.

5. Content Ownership

• User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profile text).
  You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content.
• Our Content: The Site’s design, text, graphics, and software are owned by us
  or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

6. Payment & Refunds

Premium services (featured listings, software subscriptions) are billed as described at purchase.
All payments are processed via PCI-compliant providers; we do not store raw payment data. Refund
requests must be made within 14 days of purchase; see our
Refund Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory job listings.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings
or employer conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from
use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Opportunity Showcase and its affiliates from any claims,
liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site
or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases, but obligations (payment, indemnification) survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or
federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects material changes.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
